29 CFR 1910.110(e)(4)(iii): Permanent and removable fuel containers were not securely mounted to prevent jarring loose, slipping, or rotating: a) At press machines shop - The holding latch used to secure the propane gas cylinder on the Hyster 50 forklift truck with serial # F187V20930K and Model# 550PT was missing, leaving the propane gas cylinder unsecured. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard.
