29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: On or about August 6, 2014, employees without fall protection were exposed to falls hazards up to 36 feet while sweeping the upper surface of the container load out weigh-bin. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
