LITTLE RAPIDS CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.212(a)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 960098, CITATION NUMBER 01,ITEM NUMBER 001, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 4/7/2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE AT 2970 WALKER DRIVE, GREEN BAY, WI 54311.
