29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: Employees performing materials handling with a TMC 25 forklift (FHG30L-A1, UG1F2-9L3449) were exposed to liquid fuel release and struck-by hazards due to the latch strap for the liquid fuel bottle not properly engaging and the employer did not ensure any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel.
