29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 16 Hale Place, Somerset, NJ: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 10'6" to the roof eave to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about August 11, 2014. CMNG, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 480745, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 64 Lafayette Road, Lot #222, Livingston, NJ.
