The selected gloves, Great Glove Nitrile Disposable gloves, do not adequately protect employee's hands from exposure to aromatic isocyanates.  Hazardous components of Macroplast UR-8340 include methylenebis(phenylisocyanate) and isocyanic acid, polymethylenepolyphenylene ester.
