29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a)  Residence: On or about August 12, 2014, and at times prior, three workers without fall protection were exposed to falling more than 9 feet from the roof edge to ground while performing roof tear off.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
