29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a) On or about March 20, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees exposed to flying particles or debris from pneumatic nail guns were using eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about March 20, 2024, four employees engaged in residential roofing activities at heights greater than six feet above a lower level.  Employees were not using fall protection systems while working on one- and two-story roofs.
