29 CFR 1926.1101(d)(1): On a multi-employer worksite, the employer performing work requiring the establishment of a regulated area did not inform other employers on site of the nature of the employer's work with asbestos, of the existence of and requirements pertaining to regulated areas, and the measures taken to ensure that employees of such other employers are not exposed to asbestos:  a) Crawl Space, Main Building: On or about July 12, 2014,  the employer performing work requiring the establishment of a regulated area in Phase V of the main building crawl space did not inform other employers of the nature of the employer's work with asbestos during the removal of pipe insulation; of the existence and requirements relating to the regulated area that the employer established; and the measures taken to ensure that employees of other employers working adjacent to the regulated area in the crawl space were not exposed to asbestos.  b) Crawl Space, Main Building: On or about July 10, 2014, and times prior to and thereafter, the employer performing work requiring the establishment of a regulated area in Phase V of the main building first floor did not inform other employers with employees in the main building's crawl space of the nature of the employer's work with asbestos during the removal of floor tile and mastic with a chemical called Low Odor Mastic Remover (Alliphatic Petroleum Distillates, Ethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether, Aromatic Petroleum Distillates, Nonylphenol + 9Eo Polyethoxylate); and the measures taken to ensure that employees of other employers in the crawl space were not exposed to hazards from a leak of the chemical from the first floor into the crawl space where employees of other employers were working .
