29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) On or about August 14, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Fuentes Masonry, LLC performed bricklaying operations with the use of supported scaffolding at or near 8717 Stillwater Drive in Sherwood, Arkansas. Each platform on working levels of the scaffolding was not fully planked or decked, exposing the employees to fall distances greater than 10 feet.
