29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: (a) 522 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield Connecticut - Crane Way Area: On or about August 14, 2014, employees applying plastic wrapping material along the top, exterior surface of a Mobile Pac Unit, located 12 feet above the ground floor level, were exposed to fall hazards. The unit was not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and fall arrest systems were not in use.
