29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: (a) On August 12, 2014 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from the use of a scaffold that was not supported by base plates or mud sills. The scaffold was located outside the warming hut near the gift shop at Crater Lake National Park in Oregon.
