This exposed employees to potential burn/shock if they came in contact with.

29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replace: (a) Vehicle Maintenance Bay: On or about August 13, 2014 and times prior thereto, the welding cable on the Lincoln welding machine had cuts to the conductor. This exposed employees to potential shock/burns from incidental contact with the conductor.
