OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards: (a). Along Hwy 50 (E. Colonial Avenue), in Orlando no traffic warning signs, safety cones or barrier was placed to establish a safety zone to safeguard the employees working along the roadside from being struck by motor vehicles traveling at the posted speed of 40 MPH, or or about August 14, 2014.
