29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). Worksite: The employees who were working on the 10 in 12 pitch roof with an eave height approximately 21 feet 6 inches above the ground were not protected from fall hazards by the use guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems. SPC Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 590059, citation number 2, item number 2, issued on 9/17/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 200 Federal Rd., Brookfield, CT and became a final order on 11/23/2012. SPC Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 390662, citation number 1, item number 2, issued on 6/5/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 190 Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, CT and became a final order on 7/9/2012.
