29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 3102 Schoenersville Road, Worksite - on or about August 14, 2014, two employees were working from a Genie S-65 extensible boom aerial lift, at a working height of approximately 15 feet above finished grade, without wearing fall protection equipment (i.e.: body belt) attached to one of the basket's anchorage points.
