29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) First Level -  Large openings in area, exposing workers to an eight foot fall to the basement level.    b) Interior Second Level, Left Center -  Area was unguarded, exposing employees to an eight foot fall to the first floor  c) Third Floor-  Worker who straddled the wall was exposed to an eight foot fall to the inside and a twenty foot fall to the outside of the structure   For the purposes of this inspection, this employer was determined to be the controlling and correcting employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
