29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a). On or about 8/5/14, on site, in the plating area. For the employee that handles various acidic/corrosive chemicals such as, Sulfuric Acid and Hydrochloric Acid. The employer did not provide an eye wash/shower in the vicinity.

29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: (a). On or about 8/5/14, on site, in the slurry room. For the employee that operates the slurry once every 4 hours in a day. The employee is required to don a full face North 7600 respirator. The employer did not conduct a fit test on an annual basis.
