29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(iv): 29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(iv): Ventilation. Every inside storage room was not provided with either a gravity or a mechanical exhaust ventilation system. Such system was not designed to provide for a complete change of air within the room at least six times per hour:     a) At the paint department, on August 21, 2014 and at times prior to, flammable paint products such as, but not limited to xylene (Category 3 flammable liquid) were stored in a intermodal container which was not provided with either a gravity or a mechanical exhaust ventilation system designed to provide for a complete change of air within the room at least six times per hour, exposing employees to a fire hazard.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
