29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. At the site - employees were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used while installing roof sheathing on a 5 in 12 pitched roof. Violation observed on or about 08/21/2014.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a) 7035 Peregrina Loop - Employees were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that, an extension ladder utilized by the employees to access and descend from the roof, did not extend at least 3 foot above the landing surface. Observed on or about 08/21/2014.

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:  a) 7035 Peregrina Loop - Electrical extension cord supplying power to a Makita hand saw had damaged cord insulation in three separate places. Observed on or about 08/21/2014.
