29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about August 26, 2014, and at times prior, Lennar, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of DN Construction, a subcontractor, were protected from fall hazards where no jobsite inspections were performed to enforce the use of fall protection during roof sheathing operations.
