29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i): Before work subject to this standard began, the building and/or facility owner(s) did not determine the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) at the worksite pursuant to 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(1):  RADCO Management, Inc. - on or about August 27, 2014, at Ashford Druid Hills Apartments, prior to beginning work involving the removal or disturbance of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), the employer did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of ACM/PACM, and did not communicate to employers or employees the presence of ACM/PACM.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
