On or about 1/5/2018, and at a prior time at 2255 Satelite Blvd, Duluth, GA: Employees working inside and on the top edge of the walking-working surface of the metal dumpsters were exposed to a fall hazard at about six (6) feet from ground level. The employer failed to provide or install fall protection for the employees working on or inside the dumpsters.
