29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about September 18, 2014, at the above addressed site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing gutter work from the roof of a residential structure under construction approximately 24 feet above a lower level while not being protected from falling to that lower level.     TCI CONTRACTING, LLC WAS PREVIOSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315482042, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON 12/23/2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4484 GRAY HAWK STREET IN ORANGE PARK, FLORIDA.    TCI CONTRACTING, LLC WAS PREVIOSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315478594, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON 08/15/2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12127 NARROW LEAF COURT IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA.
