29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  (a) Cobblestone Hotel and Suites, Waynesboro Pennsylvania - The employer did not ensure that the window opening on the second floor of the east side of the building had a guardrail or other form of fall protection maintained in place.  Employees and subcontractors used this window opening to deliver materials up to the second floor and were exposed to a 15 foot fall from the wall opening to the ground below on or about August 27, 2014.                                                                   No abatement certification or documentation required.
