29 CFR 1926.651(c)(2): A stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress was not located in trench excavations that were 4 feet (1.22m) or more in depth so as to require no more than 25 feet (7.62m) of lateral travel for employees: (a) APPROXIMATELY 15141 BUCHANAN TRAIL EAST, BLUE RIDGE SUMMIT, PA - Employees performed work in a trench that was measured to be approximately 7.5 feet deep, and the there was no means of egress located within 25 feet of where the employee was working, thereby exposing the employee(s) to engulfment hazards, on or about August 28, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.

No abatement certification or documentation required.
