29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: a) Motor Shop, a safety data sheet was not maintained for the American Smelting and Refining Company Tin alloy SN 60 solder. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 642478, citation no. 1, item no. 5, issued on November 6, 2012 with respect to a workplace at Thousand Oaks, CA.
