Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. (a) At the NPS River District Building 1601 kitchen area, boxes of green scrubbies stored overhead were extended approximately 6 inches away from the closet.
