On 9/3/14, at the Azalea Ridge jobsite, subcontracted employees were using an extension cord that had been laid across a frequently used roadway and was exposed to vehicular traffic to power saws at the site. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
