29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. The Lakes at Azalea Ridge Subdivision, 1660 Azalea Ridge, Lot #26 Berkley Hills Estates Subdivision, Lot #27, Duluth, GA (Jobsite) - Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet, while performing carpentry work such as, installing roof sheathing/decking on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of the proper fall protection (lanyard, anchorage point), on or about March 12, 2015. The Rama Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 933130, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at The Lakes at Azalea Ridge Subdivision, 1660 Azalea Ridge, Lot #26A, Lawrenceville, GA.
