29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about August 27, 2014, at 2204 Abby Grace Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia: An employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22.3-feet when worked on the roof ridge of a house without tying off to his lifeline. Fama Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31537759, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 13, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Lawrenceville, Georgia. Fama Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950108, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Augusta, Georgia.
