29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  On 9/4/14, at the Bogan Meadows subdivision site, subcontracted employees were exposed to tripping hazards from the wood scrap accumulated on the front yard of the house.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns.  On 9/4/14, at the Bogan Meadows job site, subcontracted employees working below overhead hazards including other employees framing on upper levels and scaffolds and were not using head protection to protect them overhead hazards.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
