29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) At 3025 Bart Johnson Road, Enclave at Oakridge subdivision, Buford, GA 30519: On or about January 13, 2023, the employer did not effectively perform safety inspections of the jobsite in that multiple violative conditions including but not limited to falls, were identified during the onsite inspection of trades including but not limited to siding contractor, framers, roofers, and material delivery subcontractors onsite.
