29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable extinguishers or hose used in lieu thereof under paragraph (d)(3) of this section shall be visually inspected monthly. a. At the work site, the employer had a portable fire extinguisher located in the mold template creation area. The last monthly inspection was documented on October 30, 2013. b. At the work site, the employer had a portable fire extinguisher located in the wood template area. The last monthly inspection was documented on January 31, 2014. c. At the work site, the employer had a portable fire extinguisher located in the mold foam area. The last monthly inspection was documented on January 31, 2014. The Ohio Taxidermy Supply was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 937366, citation number 1, item number 2-a and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2440 State Route 83, Millersburg, Ohio 44654.
