29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: rotating parts, cutting parts. At the job site, 1900 North Street, Marysville, Kansas, employees were exposed to the following rotating part hazards. 1. Drive mechanism for the lower part of the band saw in Shop 10 was not fully guarded. Employees were exposed to caught in hazards. 2. Rotating shaft near the Shot Blast area for the powered paint line, Shop 10, Dept. 28 had a rotating shaft on the floor that was not fully guarded. Employees were exposed to caught in hazards. 3. The Wyson Brake Press throat sides were not guarded. Other employees were exposed to amputation hazards.

Employees exposed to electric shock hazards. 1. Circuit breakers in the middle of the old receiving area of shop 10 were not labeled. 2. Electrical disconnect to modern cut off saw West entrance to building 1, Shop 1 was not labeled. 3. Electrical disconnects on West wall, Shop 4, not labeled. 4. Electrical disconnects North wall, Shop 4, not labeled.
