29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: a) Blacksmith Shop, safety data sheets were not maintained for compressed gases including argon, and metals such as, but not limited to, aluminum and steel. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 642478, citation no. 1, item no. 5, and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at Thousand Oaks, CA. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 585604, citation no. 1, item no. 12, and was affirmed as a final order on December 31, 2012 with respect to a workplace at San Diego, CA.
