29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(iii)(C): Where an assured equipment grounding conductor program was being utilized, equipment found to be damaged or defective was being used prior to being repaired: (a) VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN - On or about 9/9/14, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when using a damaged extension cord. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
