29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    JOBSITE:  The employee, walking/working in close proximity to a floor hole while engaged in residential construction activities for "framing work" was not protected from falling 12 feet to the lower level by the use of guardrails, fall arrest system or other equivalent means.    On or about September 09, 2014, the employee fell 12 feet to the lower level through a floor hole while performing the tasks and sustained very severe multiple injuries from the incident.
