29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:    JOBSITE:  The job-trailer, used by the employees performing monitoring of construction activities of a residential house, was not equipped with a step, ladder or other safe means of access into and out of the trailer.    Davenport Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1926.513(b)(13)}, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 994717, Citation Number 001a, Item Number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/14, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Round Hill Club Road, Greenwich, CT 06830.    On or about January 06, 2015, an employee fell to the ground while trying to exist the job-trailer and sustained serious injuries from the incident.
