29 CFR 1926.602(a)(9)(i): Bidirectional machine(s) were not equipped with an operable horn, distinguishable from the surrounding noise level, which could be operated as needed when the machine is moving in either direction. On or about September 4, employees were exposed to stuck by hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the bio directional alarm on the Dynapac Rubber Tire Roller was functioning properly.
