Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupations Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards such as but not limited to fires and explosions that can cause or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about September 10, 2014, employees were exposed to explosion and fire hazards while lighting the Cleveland Track Material Furnace, serial number C0063, in that safety devices such as, but not limited to fuel gas regulators and zero regulators were missing and not engineered into the system
