29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. The room housing the dry ends of the impregnator machines: On or about 9/18/2014, there were accumulations of melamine resin dust, urea formaldehyde resin dust, and paper dust greater than or equal to 1/16 inch on elevated horizontal surfaces in the room. A sample of the combination of dusts was tested and found to be explosive. Suddekor LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313201535, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 82 Deer Park Dr, E Longmeadow MA.
