Electric equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner: a) On or about 9/16/2014 there was an electrical cord with an outlet suspended from an overhead beam secured with a nylon wire tie which defeated the ceiling strain relief system at the junction box near column Q81. b) On or about 9/16/2014 there was an electrical cord with an outlet attached that was secured to a metal tube with nylon wire ties which defeated the strain relief system for the electrical cord at the ceiling.
