29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): The warning line was not erected around all sides of the roof work area. (a)The Ramos Roofing Company @ 5450 N Valley Highway, Denver, CO 80216: On and before September 17th, 2014, the employer did not erect a warning line system which fully encompassed the roof work area. The employees were working in area where the warning line did not extend. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet in height.
