Employees cleaned the steam tables with the corrosive cleaning agent Lime-A-Way, exposing the employees to skin and eye burns. Observed on or about December 1, 2014. b) Simpson House (Laundry) - The employer did not ensure that suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Employees replaced the five-gallon containers of Ecolab laundry chemicals which included Tri-Star L2000 XP, Laundry Destainer, and Neutralizer which are corrosive, exposing the employees to skin and eye burns. Observed on or about December 1, 2014.
