29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) 2101 Belmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, Simpson House - Lower Level Supply Room: On or about June 27, 2023, the employer did not ensure each exit route was maintained free of obstructions. A supply room had equipment and supplies such as, but not limited to hand truck, 5 gallon buckets, ladder, supply cart, etc. stored in the exit route and obstructing the path to the exit, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
