29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately eleven (11) feet four (4) inches from the lower roof and fifteen (15) feet from the upper roof due to the safety monitor having other responsibilities, such as picking up and moving material on the roof deck.
