On or about June 6, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about June 6, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof, twenty (20) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Seal Tight Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378389, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL.
