29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a)EA Construction @ 1405 Mt. Meeker Ave, Berthoud, CO 80513: On and before September 18th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that, employees were installing a new roof on a two-story single family home without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
