29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:   (a) 2 Ardsley Rd., Longmeadow, MA: On or about September 26, 2014, several employees were roofing this residence without any fall protection more than 19 feet above the ground below.  LaCross Construction  was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 786521, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Elwood Dr., Springfield, MA.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
